The Ask
The project focused on enhancing the user experience and restructuring the information architecture to create a more seamless and intuitive journey. This involved identifying user behaviors, mapping out key interactions, and ensuring that the most important actions were reinforced with clear visual elements. A key priority was enabling swift navigation through clickable tabs on the landing page, allowing users to access relevant sections effortlessly.
The design approach emphasized simplicity and clarity, using a compelling visual language and messaging to guide users naturally. By realigning the information architecture, the goal was to ensure content flowed logically, making the experience both efficient and engaging.
